For outside conditions, the controller can assess outdoor temperature and wind speed through the Weather Station Sensor (MBS-WS) while managing curtains and glass with the Single/Three Phase Curtain Motor Controller(AMC-1) & 24V DC Greenhouse Roll Up Motor Controller (DMC-1), thereby improving environmental monitoring and control by factoring in external temperature and weather conditions.

Overview

TrolMaster revolutionized environmental controller technology when it introduced the Hydro-X. The Hydro-X Pro continues the revolution with a 10’ touch-screen and a web-based software. 

The Hydro-X Pro system (HCS-2) is the professional-grade single-zone environmental controller for hydroponics, horticulture, fertigation, lights, humidity, CO2, temperature, Mini-Split, and HVAC. The Hydro-X Pro expands upon the capability of the original HCS-1.

The Hydro-X Pro is backward compatible with all current Hydro-X control / device modules. It also provides greater flexibility and allows any plug-in module to be addressed to be whatever the user wants. The user can also set up each plug-in module to have multiple “conditions” that will activate the module, allowing for almost unlimited control options.

The Hydro-X Pro expands the capability of the original Hydro-X by allowing up to 50 sensors and up to 50 separate control modules to be connected to a single Hydro-X Pro. Even it is still designed to be a single room system for reliability and ease-of-use, multiple sub-zones within the grow space can be monitored and controlled separately by linking a specific sensor (or average) to a specific control function(s). The new 4-in-1 sensor comes with an LCD screen which provides ease of onside monitoring.

Customized programming allows almost limitless degree of control. Each of the variables (Temperature, Humidity, CO2, Light) can be controlled independently, meaning a customized ramp-up / ramp-down can be used to closely simulate natural outdoor conditions, or simply allow complete customization of the environment. Displayed on an easy-to-read and construct “graph” it allows the user to have 100% control of their environment.

Another powerful feature of the Hydro-X Pro is the built-in calendar and calendar presets that allow the user to schedule an entire crop’s “recipe” within the Hydro-X Pro. All settings including Lighting, Temperature, Humidity, CO2, and Timers can be specified by the user as they “build” their multi-week crop schedules. Reminders can also be programmed to ensure critical tasks are not forgotten.

The TrolMaster APP will also allow for notifications with separate day/night limits to be received by the user. The web-based software provides easy access and more advanced remote control. Onboard data acquisition and the ability to store and share settings between multiple devices, means that user-defined programs & settings can be saved and loaded into multiple Hydro-X Pro units with ease. A personalized screensaver page can be uploaded through a USB port. The same upgradeable feature like Hydro-X gives you the ability for life-time improvements.

The ThinkGrow Model One LED System 4ft Inner Canopy LED Bar with built-in 120 Watt Driver, will revolutionize high-density indoor growing. When applying light to plants only from above the plants, leaves and sections of the plant below the top “canopy” of the plant suffer from low light levels. That is the exact problem the ICL-300 is designed to fix. The ICL-300 emits light in a 300 degree pattern so that when positioned below the canopy, the sections of the plant under the canopy can also get the light they need to produce higher quality and yields. By applying some light to the middle of the plant structure, the user can eliminate lower quality flower formation and replace it with healthy flowers. The modular design of the ICL-300 allows them to be used in all installations regardless of the shape or size of the growing area.

Overview

The LLT-1 light lifter is part of the ThinkGrow modular light lifter system. Its cutting-edge synchronized multi-lifter the operation provides users with a customizable, expandable and easy-to-install system. The lifter is ETL listed and the cable can lift up to 132 lbs, 8.8ft.

The light lifter design enables easy, two-man installation. Unlike the traditional complicated lifter system where precise calculation and teams of engineers are needed, the LLT-1 reduces assembly time and manpower without compromising quality or safety. The easily expandable modular lifter system provides maximum flexibility and user customization.

The light system can also connect to the Hydro-X Pro Control System for additional features. The LLT-1 can lift and lower multiple lights and connect to other LLT-1 lifters via daisy chain data cables, enabling users to connect, control and program synchronized operation on multiple light lifters, from a single controller.

Lantern lighting schedule is a lighting routine for vegetating plants that you could find in any college grade horticulture book. It is as follows 12 hours lights on, 5.5 lights off, 1-hour lights on, 5.5 lights off, and repeat schedule. The 1 hour on in between off period fools the plants that stay in vegetative growth state. 

This LMA-24 lighting adapter is specially designed to use both two channels on the Hydro-X system to create a lantern schedule control for any lights with 0-10V protocol.

The ThinkGrow LMA-9 enables users to control ThinkGrow LEDs with any third-party controller that provides a 0-10vdc analog dimming control signal. This device supports TWO separate 0-10v control channels, allowing for independent control of the supplemental Red diodes alongside the Full spectrum diodes. It simplifies connection to third-party controllers through “twin” cables featuring 2+2 hardwired terminals. The LMA-9 also includes a single RJ12 port at the other end for connecting to the ThinkGrow LEDs “String.” By using the LMA-9, third-party controllers can easily interface with ThinkGrow’s LEDs, enhancing plant growth and operational efficiency.

TrolMaster's LMA-G is specially designed to be used with ThinkGrow  single-bar fixtures, i.e. Model-I and I Plus. The LMA-G needs  to be connected with a lighting control adaptor to offer a  group control function to the grow lights. Each LMA-G can  control one group of lights./ Each light group requires one  LMA-G. It needs to be connected inline with the LMA-T  lighting control adapter to activate the group control  function. The LMA-T works specifically with the ThinkGrow LED systems to provide two channel control, which allows separate control for full-spectrum and deep red output levels on the ThinkGrow LEDs.

The LMA-T simply connects to the lighting control ports Line 1 and Line 2 on the HCS-1. Once connected, the user can then set individual ON and OFF times and the dimming settings for the full spectrum LEDs and also for the deep red LEDs.

The LMA-T then is connected to the RJ-type lighting control cables where each of the LEDs are connected back to the controller in a daisy-chain configuration using plug-and-play connections.

One adaptor could run up to 256 LEDs.

The LRC-1 Smart Lifter Remote is designed to be used with the LLT-1 Smart Light Lifters. Its plug & play feature enables users to easily install and operate the light lifter(s) from a distance, and program the LLT-1 light lifters' maximum and minimum range limits. Simple Up and Down manual operation is accomplished using two push-buttons on the LRC-1.

Overview

The ability to read up to 30,000 ppm CO2 is critical to the proper operation and safety of an emergency CO2 system like the Carbon-X.  The MBS-K30 is Trolmaster’s newest CO2 sensor, which incorporates an NDIR 0-30,000 ppm sensor in a self-aspirated enclosure.

TrolMaster's MBS-K30 also features a built-in LCD display that will constantly display the current CO2 level (ppm). Each of the zones / rooms monitored by the Carbon-X can have 1 or 2 MBS-K30 CO2 sensors installed in order to satisfy local code requirements.

Overview

TrolMaster's Full Spectrum Quantum Sensor (MBS-PAR) provides the accurate and cost-effective measurement of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) from all light sources used to grow plants. The full-spectrum quantum sensor has a spectral range of 389 to 692 nm ± 5 nm. The improved spectral response increases the accuracy of LED measurements.

Used in conjunction with the Hydro-X controller, the PPFD sensor will AUTOMATICALLY increase or decrease the output level of your supplemental lighting systems to continuously maintain the exact lighting level (in PPFD) that the user selects.

Overview

The MBS-PRO 4-in-1 sensor combines a precision air temperature, humidity, CO2 (PPM) sensor and photocell to create the perfect all-in-one environmental sensor. It is designed for both Hydro-X Pro and Hydro-X Plus systems.

Assembled using a new water-resistant plastic injected enclosure, the MBS-PRO can be placed in multiple locations throughout the growing area to provide spot measurements from multiple sensors (Up to 50 sensors can be connected to the Hydro-X Pro) The sensors can then be used together (averaged) or separately in order to control a specific section of the grow area by assigning a sensor to a specific control device.

The MBS-PRO features a built-in LCD display to show the current conditions of that sensor which provides the ease of onsite monitoring. It also features a new “push-lock” connection to make installation easy.

Please Note: The MBS-Pro requires the SPH-1 for supplemental power.
